Commercial load management: building-wide shedding and sharing — HVAC, process, and charging, not EV-only
Commercial load management is the building-wide version of not buying a service upgrade yet: shedding, sharing, or sequencing large loads. Charging is one case. HVAC and process loads are others. The existing service is the constraint.

Building-wide load management earns its keep two ways: it can let new load fit an existing service, and it can shave the peak that sets a commercial demand charge. Sequencing HVAC, process, and charging is as much a utility-bill decision as a capacity one.

Peak shaving
Commercial bills often price the highest fifteen-minute demand of the month. Staggering large loads so they never all peak together can cut that charge without cutting the work done.

HVAC compressors, process equipment, and chargers are prioritized and staged so the building rides under a set ceiling — a control scheme, not a bigger service.

The system reads real demand and proves the ceiling holds. A load-management claim with no metering behind it is guesswork, not a design.
