Warehouse electrical buildout: racking, docks, and the machines on the slab — not an office package in a tall room
A warehouse buildout is height, access, and the equipment that will actually sit on the slab. Lighting, dock power, and machinery feeds are different circuits. Doing them as one “warehouse package” is how the forklift charging and the office end up on the same problem.

A warehouse is defined by what it takes to reach the work: high-bay lighting on a ceiling nobody can touch without a lift, and power distributed across a slab from a panel that is nowhere near the racks or the docks.

Bus duct, floor boxes, or dropped panels bring power to racks and equipment without a hundred feet of cord. Where the distribution lands is planned around how the floor is used.

Dock power, levelers, and forklift charging are dedicated loads with their own circuits — and forklift charging is a real load that has to be in the calculation, not an afterthought.
